Contracts Manager

Job Description: 
Craftmark Homes is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Contracts Manager. This is a critical role in maintaining Craftmark’s competitive edge while upholding the uncompromising standards our homeowners expect.

This position is responsible for leading all contract negotiation, procurement strategy, cost analysis, and vendor management functions across multiple product lines, including luxury estate homes, single-family homes, townhomes, townhome-style condominiums, and affordable housing.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep residential construction knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. This individual will collaborate closely with our production, estimating, and leadership teams to ensure cost efficiency without sacrificing quality, performance, or design integrity.
