Company Overview:
Green Valley Custom Builders is a local, family-owned luxury home builder proudly serving Northern Virginia since 2013. Our office is located in Fairfax, Virginia.

We truly believe that a home is a form of self-expression. A home is more than just a place to live - it’s a canvas that reflects who you are, what you value, and how you live your life. The way you design, decorate, and maintain your home showcases your tastes, values, and lifestyle. At Green Valley, we redefine luxury living by creating beautiful, sustainable homes that inspire families and elevate lifestyles. Our commitment extends beyond construction; we build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met long after they move in.

Green Valley is a “Performance-Based” company. You will be evaluated based on your performance. Raises or promotions are not determined by tenure or experience in the field, nor by market inflation adjustments or personal necessity. Raises and promotions are earned through performance, production, and value added to the company. At Green Valley, you create your own opportunities for advancement without waiting for annual reviews.

We don’t believe in multitasking. However, if you join our team, you must be a collaborative team player, an outside-the-box thinker, and an open-minded individual who welcomes constructive criticism and feedback. Excuses of any kind are not part of our culture.
