POSTPONED NVBIA Economic Study Findings - Mon., Oct. 18, 2021
POSTPONED
Last year, NVBIA embarked on a study to measure the regional economic impact of constructing new homes, including the ripple impact that occurs throughout the local economy and the ongoing impact that results from the homes being occupied by residents who pay taxes and use local goods and services. We are pleased to report that the study is now complete and it confirms what our industry already knew: home building creates significant local economic activity, including jobs and new income for residents and revenue surpluses for local governments. Join us virtually on October 18 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am as NAHB Chief Economic Robert Dietz will be on hand to detail the analytics of the study and the findings that were reached. This is a members only event. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you the week prior to the meeting. Open to NVBIA members only. |
