| Join us for the September Mentorship Series! Our Mentorship program continues with an emphasis on the Sales & Marketing aspect of the building industry. This is where the “rubber meets the road”. Without the correct marketing to identify demographic and design trends and a knowledgeable salesperson to sell the home, the builder will not meet its plan budget. Questions like when to discount or provide a value added component or how to provide an actionable sales plan will be investigated. What are the components of a strong and actionable market research report? You will want to make sure you attend to understand the “secret sauce” of the builders’ sales and marketing environment.
