George Mason Advanced Real Estate Development and Investment Class Series

The George Mason Advanced Real Estate Development and Investment Class Series is a flexible program that prepares real estate professionals for new levels of leadership in their careers and within their organizations.

Day 1: Friday, October 15, 2021 - Real Estate Development Process (Instructor: Mark Hassinger)

Day 2: Thursday, October 22, 2021 - Real Estate Investments and Finance (Instructor: Dave Sislen)

Day 3: Friday, October 29, 2021 - Real Estate Practices and Entrepreneurship (Instructor: Coleman Rector)

Register for one session or take the entire series at a discount! Classes are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Day 1 - Develop factual knowledge and an appreciation for the principles and vocabulary of the development process including appropriate steps, timing, and cost associated with developing a real estate asset.

Day 2 - Develop a basic understanding of the theory of real estate investment and finance. Develop basic quantitative capabilities with all elements associated with evaluating the risks and benefits of various means of funding real estate transactions and apply these elements to current events and governmental policies associated with real estate and finance.

Day 3 - An intensive study of the means and methods used to execute a real estate development vision. Evaluate the characteristics that successful real estate entrepreneurs possess and convey these tools in a “real world” format in order to appreciate the unique combination of intelligence, leadership abilities, creativity, charisma, and financial resources that help create successful real estate entrepreneurs.
