Future Leaders Educational Site Visit with K. Hovnanian - Thurs., March 30, 2023

Please join the Future Leaders of the Building Industry for an educational site visit with K. Hovnanian Homes at The Boulevards at Westfields on March 30^th!

We will start off the site visit inside one of K. Hovnanian's model homes followed by a presentation/discussion from the builder team on the land development process. Learn more about the process of the site selection, permitting, pad developments and the handoff to the construction team. Following the discussion, the K. Hovnanian team will take you on a tour around the site to see the actual progress.   

As this is an active construction site, each participant will need closed toe shoes and a hard hat at all times during the site visit. If you don't have a hard hat, please let us know. The exact location of the meeting place, parking instructions and additional important information will be shared 2 days prior to the event. 

After the site visit please join us for a Happy Hour at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar (14333 Newbrook Dr, Chantilly, VA 20151).
