You will learn essential tasks to be completed on a real estate acquisition: how to distill data from leases, credit analyses and market reports; how to read trends in historical operating reports; how to budget expenditures after reviewing environmental studies and property condition assessments; how to study title reports, surveys and zoning issues to unearth potential legal pitfalls; how to assess future development potential, and more.
