Metro area.  He will be discussing sales pace, home starts, etc.  How are the mixed-use projects inside the beltway performing and what to expect from future planned communities.  Will interest rates remain low and for how long. Dan will provide commentary on the overall health of the market in the D.C. Metro area. 
 
Jon Eisen with The Eisen Group:  What trends are we seeing from around the country.  Where are the trends going in terms of architectural design and how have 2020 challenges affected these designs.  What new product and product features are being seen around the country and what are we seeing here in the Washington D.C. Metro area.  Is DC a leader or a follower in these trends.
 
Johanna Bruce with Interior Concepts:  What trends are we seeing from an interior design perspective.  What are the new trends and how have the consequences of COVID shaped any of those trends – are home offices popular; is outdoor space a major design consideration; are separate spaces for learning activities a must feature?   How does fashion shape the interior design of our homes.  What is “in” and what is “out” as we prepare for 2021.  What new product features and brands are we seeing in the Washington D.C. Metro area.
