\n WBI&rsquo\;s annual Leadership Event will be in-person this year. WBI is excited to introduce its speaker &ndash\; Debbie Colon Boyce. Ms. Boyce has over 20 years experience developing business leaders\, sales teams and individual contributors at varying organizational levels across multiple industries. She is an enthusiastic Global Training Professional delivering dynamic classroom experiences that effectively engage people from all backgrounds by creating positive learning environments designed around client needs and desired outcomes. \n \;  \n As part of the program\, an amazing communication assessment known as &ldquo\;SHAPES&rdquo\; will be provided to everyone attending. This assessment will help you with an understanding of your own traits. \;We will send out the assessment to attendees prior to the November 18th Event. Each assessment will be analyzed and a report will be provided to each attendee explaining the outcome of their assessment.
