This year we welcome Stefanie Smith of Elm Street Development as President of NVBIA.\n\n			\n\n			NVBIA is pleased to announce that experienced Nonprofit Executive and Leadership Coach\, Karen Cleveland -- former President & CEO of Leadership Fairfax\, will serve as the Keynote Speaker at the February 8\, 2024 event. You do not want to miss this excellent addition to NVBIA's annual event.\n\n			  \n\n			Similar to the previous year\, it is a more informal format to start the President's new year -- a weekday time frame\, plated dinner\, and business attire.
