Act quickly to secure your spot at this anticipated event. Due to COVID issues last year\, 2021 will be the 2nd annual Clay Shooting Fundraiser. This fundraiser is critically important for the building industry to help replenish NoVA Build PAC's coffers to allow the PAC to support state and local pro-housing elected officials. This year all 100 House of Delegate seats are up for election and with the majority of the leadership in Northern Virginia\, it is essential that we have the funds to support pro-housing candidates. \n\n \n\n Hosted at the Bull Run Shooting Center\, a premier recreational facility of the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority\, the event will include a 50-target Sporting Clays competition along with ammunition\, gun rental\, and ear and eye protection. For those inexperienced at shooting sports\, certified instructors will be on hand to teach safe firearm handling and basic clay target shooting. \n\n \n\n There will be opportunities for networking throughout the day's events\, including lunch following the shooting that features an awards program. \n\n \n\n The event starts promptly at 9:00 am\, so we ask that you please be in attendance no later than 8:30 am. Upon arrival\, please check-in at the picnic pavilion while we await the instructors who will lead us out to the course. \n \n \n\n \n\n\n \n \n In May\, Virginia will significantly relax capacity restrictions on social gatherings and entertainment venues as COVID-19 numbers plateau across much of the state. The limits on outdoor gatherings will increase from 100 to 250. NVBIA will follow the guidelines set forth by Governor Northam to work to ensure the safety of all guests and staff at upcoming events. NVBIA will practice the guidelines including\, but not limited to: \n\n \n Limiting social gatherings to 250 people or less.\n Reconfiguring seating areas to allow six feet of physical distance between individuals.\n Routine cleaning and disinfecting of high contact areas and hard surfaces.\n Encouraging face masks or coverings.\n \n Registered guests will receive an email asking them to sign and return a COVID-19 waiver.\n\n \n\n We appreciate your understanding during this time.
