DESCRIPTION:Join the Fairfax/Arlington/Alexandria Chapter for its Spring Mixer at one of Toll Brothers' newest townhome communities. Featuring an open air roof-top deck and 2\,400 square feet inside\, there is plenty of room to mingle and network throughout the home and on the deck.  This is the first in-person chance in 2021 that you have had to meet and greet good friends and colleagues in a beautiful setting with delicious food and drink\, catered by one of NVBIA's newest members\, Silver Spoon Caterers. \n\n			 \n\n			Register now and enjoy an early Spring evening in a convenient McLean location!  \n		\n	\n\n \n\n\n	\n		\n			\n			Next month\, Virginia will significantly relax capacity restrictions on social gatherings and entertainment venues as COVID-19 numbers plateau across much of the state. The limits on outdoor gatherings will increase from 100 to 250. NVBIA will follow the guidelines set forth by Governor Northam to work to ensure the safety of all guests and staff at upcoming events. NVBIA will practice the guidelines including\, but not limited to: \n\n			\n				Limiting social gatherings to 250 people or less.\n				Reconfiguring seating areas to allow six feet of physical distance between individuals.\n				Routine cleaning and disinfecting of high contact areas and hard surfaces.\n				Encouraging face masks or coverings.\n			\n\n			Registered guests will receive an email asking them to sign and return a COVID-19 waiver.\n\n			\n\n			We appreciate your understanding during this time.
