We welcome Jessica Francis of Drees Homes\, NVBIA's 2026 President\, as a featured speaker\, bringing her leadership\, expertise\, and industry perspective to this series. In addition\, each session will feature local industry professionals representing the whole range of builders from custom builders to local and regional builders to the larger national builders. Our panelists will discuss market research\, land acquisition\, rezoning\, land development\, construction\, sales and marketing\, warranty work and more.\n\n			\n\n			This series will provide you with everything you need to know to become a successful employee in the homebuilding arena.\n\n			\n\n			Session One (March 4\, 2026) will provide a General Overview of the myriad of aspects of the new home community from land purchase to final bond release.
