The NoVA BuildPAC and NVBIA are joining forces to introduce a long tradition of supporting our legislators both State and Local &ndash\; at \;our only Legislative Breakfast of the year. \;Meet and greet a number of prominent elected officials as a panel of experts discuss \;of NVBIA&rsquo\;s and its PAC&rsquo\;s most pressing issues that affect the future of the housing industry. \;

\n This very important event will be held on Tuesday\, October 21\, 2025 at The Tower Club in Tysons Corner. Every business within the NVBIA footprint is dependent on a healthy housing market. Now is the time to act and make our legislators sit up and take notice of the issues that Northern Virginia is dealing with from affordable housing policies to the increasing fees that the industry is facing. \; \;
