Kimberly Shierts brings a lifelong connection to construction and a background in business operations, government relations, and contracting to CWP Construction. Growing up in Minnesota, she was introduced to the industry through her father’s career with Spancrete Midwest Co., where his work included landmark projects such as the Mayo Clinic and the Mall of America.
Before joining the family business after the birth of her twins, Kimberly worked for Oracle Corporation. She has also been active in her community through special education advocacy and a GreenKids school partnership grant.
Kimberly has a deep appreciation for historic structures, the craftsmen behind them, and the stories they carry. She believes in preserving their character for future generations while helping guide CWP with the values of craftsmanship, integrity, family, and community.
